General Information

The TSN Viper is an [Apollo Class] vessel, that was decommissioned from the Terran Stellar Navy, Second Space Fleet, Fourth Light Division. Commissioned on star date 91217-2237 the TSN Viper has had three commanding officers during her service, Captain Matthew Vaj, Captain Conrad Matsiyan and Commander Xansta.

Operational History

During its service the Viper has been part of the [Fourth Light Division]. 

Viper's first campaign was Caltron attacks of 2237.

Notable Events

On stardate 21021-2239 the TSN Viper was lost believe destroyed after being over run by five Skaraan vessels, the crew were forced to escape pods. Later the hull was retrieved and underwent a major repair and refit. The crew were awarded the Purple Heart.

On stardate 24623-2240, TSN Viper had to be evacuated after some ordnance was detonated and a heavy pirate attack caused heavy damage to the ships drive systems and deprived the ship of power and life support. The Viper was towed back to dock by several shuttles outfitted with tractor beams. The small shuttle fleet was under the command of Lieutenant Blury aboard the Perseus, shuttle of the nearby operating TSN Lancer which at the time was being used as a training vessel for Mria Command. After inspection by the engineering corps it was decided that the Viper was not salvageable and has been decommissioned. The ship was replaced by the TSN Scorpion.
